SUPPORT SERVICES
Counties Manukau Homecare services are designed to help our clients live with the right level of support to meet their personal needs at home.
We work closely with the client and their whanau to form an individualised service plan that reflects their needs and goals. This is reviewed regularly and adjusted to continue to give them the care and support they need to help them stay in their own home for as long as possible.
You can access these services through a Needs Assessment with your GP or Middlemore’s Needs Assessment Services Clinic.
Household Management
- Vacuuming and mopping
- Cleaning bathrooms, toilets and laundry area
- Wiping down kitchen surfaces
- Changing Bed Linen
- Laundry needs
- Meal preparation
Personal Care
- Bathing/Showering
- Toiletries
- Bed bathing
- Grooming, including dressing and undressing
- Mobility Assistance
- Medication supervision
- Grocery shopping
If you are not eligible for funding, you may wish to utilise the services of Counties Manukau Homecare Trust as a private client. Please contact our office.
