Meet the Team


The Counties Manukau Homecare Trust team is made up of in office administration support, in-home carers and an independent Trust Board.

Our small, dedicated group come to work each day knowing that they’ll be helping make someone’s life a little better, easier or cheerier. It might be through a chatty phone call, a catch up with whanau, a special thank you for someone reaching out.

Some of our team have been with CMHT since the early days, many have over a decade and counting. We think that says something about what we do, and how we do it. We’re proud of our focus on professional practice and training. We believe that there’s always more that we can learn, and that we can share.

We check in regularly with clients and their family to make sure that we are delivering the level of care that we promise. You can read some of our clients’ comments shared here on the website.

I joined CMHT in 2008 as Quality Assurance Co-ordinator and became Manager in 2014. I’m responsible for the operational and day to day business related activities of CMHT. I ensure the aims and objectives of our contracts with Health Funders and the Trust are met.

I’m proud of the difference our high-quality support makes to so many people in the community.
